I created this tutorial for Mac OS 10.4.x using the video screen-capture capabilities of SnapzProX from Ambrosia Software. Unfortunately, this convenient trick didn't work at all in Mac OS 10.5.0 and 10.5.1, but it does work in 10.5.2 with a few simple - and obvious - modifications.
